2. A book you’ve read more than three times?
I tend to re-read books a lot, so I’ll just have to pick a random one…
“Wuthering Heights” by Emily Bronte.
Ah, what else could it be? Quite possibly my favourite book in the world. I’m named after the author, so it has to be “Wuthering Heights”. “Wuthering Heights” is the tragic, turbulent and passionate relationship of Catherine Earnshaw and the foundling Heathcliff, and the destruction it unleashes, both for them and the following generation. I really don’t know what to say about this book other than if you haven’t read it, read it. It’s scary, it’s tragic, it’s passionate, and I can guarantee that it will remain in your mind for a long time after you’ve finished it. Forget three times, I’ve read this book more times than I can remember, and every single time I enjoy it more.
Heathcliff, it’s me, it’s Cathy, I’ve come home now, so co-o-o-old, let me in at your window…
